With significant growth ahead, BTS Australia are seeking a Consultant to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. What you will do at BTS At BTS, we turn our clients’ ideas and strategies into results. We do this by designing customised learning experiences that drive innovation, alignment, new behaviours, and performance. Who we are looking for: - Client Focus: Proven ability to understand client challenges and formulate solutions. - A Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and independently. - Collaboration: Work across BTS regional units and practices to ensure collaboration. - Sales Exposure: Comfort with and desire to sell. Previous exposure to selling in a consulting environment is desired. - Capabilities: Experience and exposure in learning design and facilitation.
