Who We're Looking For: We’re seeking a weekend support lead —someone who’s organized, proactive, and passionate about helping others. In this key role, you will: Monitor and support program scheduling Ensure staff-to-resident ratios are met: Maintain the continuum of care for residents from Friday to Sunday Serve as the first point of contact for staffing and program concerns Coordinate with management and administration as needed If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates well, and can manage both people and priorities, we want to hear from you!
