Job Overview: The Associate, Marketplace Business Development executes an ongoing category development and growth strategy for Macy’s online Marketplace. In partnership with Macy’s Merchandising and other collaborators, this associate researches market trends, identifies whitespace opportunities that support Macy’s curated category ambitions, and sources high-quality brands and sellers to join Macy’s Marketplace. Additionally, this role identifies and executes strategies to increase the exposure and growth of the category, such as site merchandising and marketing initiatives.
