This position is open due to the growth that we are experiencing in the California Healthcare market. We currently have a number of large projects ongoing and large projects slated to start in 2026. How your role fits into Boldt: The Senior Production Manager (SProdM) leads the development and optimization of the production planning and execution of the project by challenging traditional approaches to fabrication, installation, and construction operations. The SProdM will work directly with multiple small projects or one large project team to coach, lead and integrate the Boldt Production System (BPS), Safety, and Quality Management Systems.
