Welcome to Brightline! We are seeking a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our care team in the New York metro area. In this role, you will work alongside an outstanding multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, coaches, and prescribers to deliver thoughtful, high-quality psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and their families. This role is hybrid: you will provide in-person care at least 1 day per week at Brightline's White Plains clinic, with additional virtual responsibilities serving patients across our other New York clinics — including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, and our new Albany location. This is not a high-volume, assembly-line practice. We take time with our patients, use a structured three-part diagnostic series, and conduct 30-minute medication management visits that allow for real clinical relationship-building. You will report directly to the Medical Director, with support from the Chief Medical Officer.
