Job description
Essential Job Functions: - Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules. - Communicates and coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily – so that supervisors can assign necessary product, equipment, and human resources needed to complete schedule. - Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of inventory count and quality audits results. - Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel for all accounts and documents the results in an Excel spreadsheet. - Interacts with supervisors to help identify trends, processes, or people that require corrective action. - Read and respond to all emails in a timely fashion. - Other duties as assigned Other Skills & Abilities: - Must have strong verbal and written communication skills - Must have excellent audit skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities - Must have the ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment - Strong skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications - Working knowledge of inventory quality control requirements,...
