Job Summary: The Valuation & Capital Market Analysis Associate – Complex Financial Instruments is responsible for utilizing previously obtained educational background, along with established organizational and project management skills to successfully service clients of the Valuation & Capital Market Analysis group. In this role, the Associate will work within a team environment to actively assist in the analysis and resolution of client matters while taking direction and receiving guidance from experienced staff and management members. The Associate will be involved in all stages of client management including construction of valuation modeling, completion of industry and client research and analysis of financial statements. Job Duties: - Assists with the delivery of projects related to the valuation of illiquid and complex securities, hard-to-value assets, financial derivatives (including over-the-counter derivatives), and structured products. - Constructs financial models used in the valuation of complex financial instruments for financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, transaction support, and corporate strategy - Uses mathematical and statistical financial models fo...
