Description Basic Function: Responsible for ensuring that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to "make ready" status, preparing the apartment for new residents in a timely manner. Complete various service request as assigned. Principle Responsibilities: The activities listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the types of activities normally performed by the Make Ready Technician. Other duties may be assigned. Approves: - Prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions such as maintaining exterior lighting, ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance, caulking, painting, pool maintenance, lock repairs, etc. - Inspects vacant apartments and inform the Service Supervisor of needed repairs and services. - Assists Service Supervisor in completing projects and completes preventive maintenance checklist. - Completes service requests in a timely manner and shares on-call responsibility when assigned. - Responsible for daily pick up of residential grounds and cleaning amenities when needed. - Responsible for interior painting of buildings and amenities. - Routine maintenance and repairs. - Rep...
