Pay : 25/hr - < DOE + P4P Location: Remote: Ewing is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive new business acquisition and re-engage lapsed customers in the Florida Division . As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll play a critical role in supporting regional and divisional sales growth goals. This position focuses on lead generation, customer development, and relationship building through phone and email communication. What You’ll Do: - Execute strategies to acquire new customers and reactivate inactive accounts. - Support branches and sales teams in achieving sales objectives. - Build meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. - Follow up on cold and warm leads to advance the sales process. - Submit detailed activity logs daily through our CRM system. - Adopt and master company tools, technology, and processes. - Participate in professional development programs, including Ewing University and AA-ISP certification.
