Essential Duties: Assign starting posts for officers coming on shift. Assist in the training of security officers and the orientation of new hires. Conduct training in various security skills, not limited to C-Cure, report writing, patrol techniques, and opening and closing the HQ building. Ensure excellent customer service is provided to executives, staff, and visitors. Oversee and conduct investigations and interviews to gather facts regarding incidents that occur on ministry property and oversee the preparation of written reports. Familiar with all security systems. Assist staff and visitors with day-to-day requests, render aid and/or summon medics, and handle other requests as they occur.
