In this position, you will provide high-quality customer service through in-person, phone, and email interactions, helping students navigate processes such as admissions, registration, financial aid, billing, and transcript requests. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and institutional policies, and a commitment to delivering accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
