Job Summary The Catering Services Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of corporate meetings and events at Hotel X Toronto, Destination by Hyatt. This fixed-term position provides maternity leave coverage and is responsible for coordinating and executing local catering events with precision, ensuring all contractual, operational, and service details are expertly planned and delivered. This role manages local catering events with fewer than 10 guest rooms, as well as internal hotel events including the annual staff gala, summer staff party, Breakfast with Santa, and other internal meetings throughout the year. The Catering Services Manager builds strong client relationships, communicates expectations across departments, and ensures each event reflects the brand standards and service excellence of Hotel X Toronto.
