We're hiring a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, reporting to the Sales Compensation Manager. Responsibilities: What you'll do: Lead the end to end monthly compensation processing for all sales teams Facilitate compensation plan creation, administration, payout, and reporting Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation plans, make recommendations, and improve compensation structures Build and update our compensation tool, Anaplan, for compensation processing and reporting Ensure our compensation plans comply with relevant laws, regulations, company policies, and audit Communicate compensation plans and changes to the sales team,...
