OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY: The Capital Improvement Engineer is responsible for owning the site-wide capital project framework and continuous improvement portfolio within a cGMP manufacturing environment. This role provides planning discipline, financial control, prioritization, and schedule management for capital projects across the site, ensuring that both minor and major projects are executed consistently and effectively. In addition, this role leads structured process improvement initiatives focused on bottleneck reduction, throughput improvement, and operational efficiency.
