PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform abrasive blasting (sandblasting/shot blasting) to clean and prepare surfaces for coating - Apply industrial coatings, paints, and protective finishes using spray equipment - Mix coatings and maintain correct ratios per manufacturer requirements - Inspect surfaces before and after blasting and coating for quality and compliance - Operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment - Maintain proper coating thickness (DFT) using inspection tools - Follow work instructions, job travelers, and production schedules - Maintain clean and organized work areas - Complete required documentation and inspection records - Complete required documentation and inspection records - Other duties as assigned. - Help in assembly area prepping and moving parts - Assist in weld shop grinding chokes as needed - Operate forklift/pallet jack - Operate overhead crane - Perform other work-related tasks as assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: - High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required - 2 years in a manufacturing environment PHYSICAL/NON-PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: COMPETITIVE BENEFITS: (visit usbenefits.nov.com for more information abo...
