The Retail Sales Operations Associate supports the National Sales Managers (NSM) by ensuring they remain organized, prepared, and focused on driving sales initiatives within the retail channel. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, this role provides analytical support, coordination of sales activities, and account management assistance to help maximize performance across retail partners. The position plays a key role in delivering insights, managing operational details, and developing merchandising solutions that enhance point-of-sale performance.
