People Operations Intern Hybrid: (Phoenix, AZ): Department: People Operations: Reports to: People Operations Manager: Rate: $22-23/hr: About the Role: Join Raintree for a 10-week immersive Summer Internship. As a People Operations Intern, you will dive into every facet of the employee lifecycle, gaining hands-on experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will champion critical processes, from data integrity and compliance to the overall employee experience, making a tangible impact on the team from day one!
