POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of process equipment, developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs, and supporting ongoing manufacturing activities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for supporting a variety of experiments for process development - Conducting validation and testing activities - Completion of test protocols as written by engineering staff - Conduct installation qualifications on new equipment - Support ongoing manufacturing activities, particularly development and/or improvement of current manufacturing techniques - Upgrade and develop manufacturing work instructions - Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities on process equipment - Perform troubleshooting on process equipment - May write and maintain SOPs and/or work instructions - Write and maintain work instructions for preventive and predictive maintenance activities - Develop and maintain equipment logs - Maintain inventory for maintenance items - Understand and follow laboratory safety precautions and ensure compliance with company safety policies - Specific duties may vary depending upon departmental requirements EXPERIENCE A...
