Part time position Snapology Benbrook is hiring enthusiastic, reliable instructors and assistants to lead hands-on LEGO®-based STEM programs for children ages 4–12. We provide the curriculum, materials, and training—you bring the energy, organization, and love for working with kids! - Flexible schedule - Training & development Roles & Responsibilities: Instructor: - Lead engaging, curriculum-guided STEM activities for groups of up to 20 students (an assistant will be assigned for groups of 14+). - Follow Snapology's structured lesson plans—no lesson planning or supply prep required! - Guide students in using materials and equipment responsibly. - Maintain a positive, well-managed classroom using Snapology’s rules and expectations. - Observe and support student progress, adjusting engagement strategies as needed. - Prepare for programs by reviewing materials, watching training videos, and attending occasional in-person trainings in Benbrook. - Handle basic communication with parents about Snapology programs and encourage future enrollment. - Ensure classroom materials are picked up, cleaned, and returned after camps.
