Job Title Turf Process Engineer Position Overview: Shaw Industries is seeking a Process Engineer to drive improvement s in the T urf T ufting p roduction processes , Game On (T6 &T8) and D4. This position is responsible for driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, waste, and cost while ensuring compliance with all company, plant and departmental guidelines and procedures. The initial focus for this position will be accelerating SY/HR efforts for Game On Line 2, while playing a key role in supporting and advancing the Game On processes. Responsibilities: This position provides technical assistance to the departments on a daily basis. Manage capital projects and drive them to completion. Monitoring and analyzing departmental performance through reports, feedback, and observations. Effectively implement processing changes to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost. Drive TPM initiatives and equipment improvements. Investigate off-quality situations and develop solutions. Manage raw material inventories and orders as needed.
