About the role We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-driven Finance Business Partner (R&D) with a strong focus on financial project management and controlling. This role will partner closely with R&D, engineering, and product teams to ensure effective planning, tracking, and governance of R&D projects. You will play a key role in improving transparency over project performance, driving budget discipline, and enabling data-driven decisions across a portfolio of innovation initiatives in a fast-growing robotics environment.
