The team evaluates, develops, and industrializes new emerging technologies to guarantee the best performances of the new Energy Transition products enriching Baker Hughes portfolio. Partner with the best: We are seeking a highly motivated person with experience in coating technologies such as painting and plating. You will be part of a team that is responsible for the definition of internal standards for coating processes. As a Lead Coating Engineer, you will be responsible for: Defining of internal standards for coating processes (i.e. painting and plating). Qualifying of external suppliers. Resolving of non-conformities and deviations in coating processes. Supporting in ITO (Inquiry to Order) and OTR (Order to Remittance) phases as a coating specialist.
