Job description

Responsibilities / Tasks The PMO member supports the Transform360 organization in the effective planning, control, and quality assurance of the global S/4HANA transformation at GEA. The role ensures that governance standards, reporting processes, and decision-making mechanisms are adhered to. It creates program-wide transparency, enables fact-based decisions, and contributes significantly to the successful implementation of the global transformation program. Key Responsibilities: Program Governance & Steering - Ensuring compliance with Transform360 governance, processes, tools, and templates. - Supporting the definition, further development, and implementation of the Transform360 operating model. - Coordinating and preparing steering committees, program meetings, and relevant decision-making rounds.
