Description Janus of Santa Cruz is seeking an experienced and compassionate Women and Families Director to lead and oversee the development and daily operations of our 25-bed residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment program serving women, children, and families. The Women and Families Director serves as a subject matter expert in SUD treatment for pregnant, perinatal, postnatal, parenting, and non-parenting women, as well as children (ages 0–12) and their families. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, family-centered services while maintaining program excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: I. Program Management and Development: - Directs the structure, design, and ongoing development of the Women and Families Recovery Program using evidence-based and best practices. - Develops and maintains dynamic SUD and mental health programming, including separate tracks based on client needs and levels of care. - Establishes and implements productivity expectations to support budgeted program revenues in collaboration with the Program Manager. - Oversees and coordinates family-integrated serv...
