Our Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Unit is a 20-bed unit with a 6:1 nurse to patient ratio and a team nursing model. We are supported by an engaged, compassionate interdisciplinary team focused on high quality outcomes, meaningful patient interaction, and a therapeutic environment with exceptionally low use of restraints. Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) in Adult Inpatient Psychiatry provides direct and indirect psychiatric nursing care to adult patients and their families. The RN utilizes the nursing process while promoting safety, recovery, dignity, and therapeutic engagement in alignment with Anna Jaques Hospital’s mission and values.
