Job title: HR Workforce Data Specialist (Workday/SAP/ServiceNow) – with German Location: Warsaw, Poland: Hybrid work: at least 3 days from the office per week We’re looking for an HR Workforce Data Specialist to join our team and support day‑to‑day employee lifecycle administration while helping us continuously improve our processes. Scope of responsibilities: - Employee data management in HRIS : end‑to‑end maintenance of employee records in Workday and SAP across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding). - Preparation of HR documents : drafting and updating contracts, amendments, employment certificates (Haufe), A1 forms, and other HR documentation. - HR admin support via ServiceNow : handling tickets, providing information to employees and managers, and ensuring timely, accurate case resolution. - Reporting and data quality control : preparing and validating HR reports and records using Workday and SAP , ensuring data consistency and completeness. - Support for HR projects and initiatives : contributing to ad hoc process improveme...
