Industrial Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

Description As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining the equipment in the facility on the production floor, warehouse and the office area. Responsibilities: - Repair / replace extrusion process line equipment as needed to ensure safe and efficient operation. - Prioritize breakdowns based on the input from production. - Troubleshoot equipment problems in coordinated effort with production personnel. - Ensuring work orders are completed in a timely fashion and all parts used are accounted for. - Responsible for ensuring all equipment is diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner or elevating to the Maintenance Manager level when the repairs will take longer than allotted time. - Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines. - Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary. - Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines to ensure effective performance. - Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts. - Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines. - Cleans, organizes, inventories, stocks, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies. - Coordinates with manager...
