Position Overview A2G International is seeking a highly experienced and mission‑focused Vice President of Operations to lead our Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) flying operations business. This executive will oversee all aspects of operational performance for our pilot cadre, mission sensor operators, and maintenance teams, ensuring world‑class ISR services are delivered to U.S. and international military customers. The ideal candidate brings deep operational expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage complex aviation programs in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and strategic direction for all ISR flying operations, including flight operations, mission execution, and aircraft maintenance. Manage, mentor, and develop multi‑disciplinary teams of pilots, mission sensor operators, and maintenance professionals to ensure high performance and readiness.
