You will be part of Arlo Europe Portfolio organization and will team-up with former strategy consultants to expand the fast growing portfolio of Arlo Europe. What does it exactly imply for you? Your missions: - Translate customer insights and data (incl. survey, usage, and other data) into innovative personalized initiatives to improve customer growth and loyalty. - Contribute to customer journey strategy and initiatives informed by customer insights and best-in-class practices (e.g. attrition management, upgrade experience, reactivating an account). - Partner across Arlo organization (esp.
