How You’ll Contribute The Supervising Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance program during the assigned shift. Also responsible for the supervision, motivation, and discipline of the 3 employees assigned to this shift. The shift handles demands for all after hour functions of the Society such as temperature, lighting, power or any other requirement the function may have. The shift leader will know all building systems, hours of operations for the various systems, ability to program systems via our EMS, able to handle multiple situations in a professional manner. Additional responsibilities are to provide technical, administrative, operational and supervisory support to the Chief and Assistant Chief engineer. The person in this position is considered essential personnel. Your Impact: Responsibilities Include: Operate and monitor all building mechanical, electrical and life safety systems as required during the shift and keep a written account of the shifts activities.
