Job Description: The Early Childhood Support Specialist holds a key role in the treatment of children, ages 0-5 years old. The Early Childhood Support Specialist is a hands-on position, serving as an advocate and collaborator to ensure the developmental, academic, and social/emotional needs of very young children are addressed. This individual supports their patients in accessing the resources or tools needed to reach specified goals relating to behavior modification, parent education, and/or resource acquisition. The Early Childhood Specialist understands the value and challenges in navigating the systems of care available to our community, specifically as it relates to Birth To Five supportive services.
