Key Responsibilities: Class Instruction: - Plan and deliver structured, effective group fitness classes. - Select appropriate music and incorporate safe, well-paced choreography. - Demonstrate exercises while providing clear cueing and smooth transitions. - Educate participants on proper form, modifications, and contraindications. - Ensure safe use of all equipment and enforce studio guidelines. - Welcome and orient new participants. - Motivate members and create a positive, inclusive class environment. - Monitor participants and make real-time adjustments as needed.
