Job description

This job contributes to the QSR department at Harrah’s Southern California Resort success by providing fast, friendly and Exceptional Family-Style Service to all guests with quality food, products and maintaining a clean and comfortable and safe store environment. Our team members are required to have basic knowledge about health and learn about all fresh products to effectively educate our guest. Looking for Cashiers and Cooks for: - Best of Cluck - Starbucks - Earl of Sandwich - Corner Counter - Smashburger - Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. - Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. - Must be at least 18 years of age. - Must be able to work independently, with little supervision. - Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. - Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. - Must present a well-groomed appearance. - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. - Previous money handling and cash register experience is preferred. - Must be willing to help on the line cook, if needed. - Must be willing to work in other food service outlets.
