Compensation Data This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site. This position offers a base salary typically between $170,000 and $269,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance based bonus and or other compensation elements.
