Your new role: As the Associate Director, Finance & Operations (F&O), you will be the strategic finance partner to the Norwegian leadership team, steering and executing the strategic direction for Novo Nordisk Norway. In collaboration with your team, you will lead pivotal change projects within the organisation, taking charge of Business Finance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Commercial Excellence, and Business Operations incl. onsite IT as a key business partner. In this role, you will report directly to the General Manager and be a member of the Novo Nordisk Norway Leadership Team. This position is office-based and located in Oslo, Norway.
