The Trim 2nd Man – Plumbing supports the trim/finish phase by installing fixtures, preparing materials, assisting with finish plumbing tasks, and ensuring all work meets Stancil’s standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation. This position is ideal for someone with basic plumbing knowledge who is detail-oriented and eager to grow into higher-level trim and finish roles. The Trim 2nd Man works closely with the Trim Foreman, supporting daily tasks to ensure clean, efficient, and professional final installations. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist in the installation of plumbing trim and finish fixtures including faucets, toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, valves, and accessories. Prepare and stage materials, tools, and parts required for daily trim operations. Support the Trim Foreman by completing assigned finish plumbing tasks according to specifications and company standards.
