Transformation Operations Director

As an Operations Director, you’ll assist clients with developing and implementing operations modernization and improvement initiatives for the Operations Transformation Practice – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. From day one, you’ll be empowered by the greater Advisory team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently. Your day-to-day may include: - Aid cross-functional teams in the delivery of major transformation initiatives within the realms of operational efficiency programs, digital and AI enabled operations management solutions, product and operations modernization programs incorporating business opportunity assessment, solution strategy, design, program management, implementation of enabling technologies, and organizational change - Design and execute enterprise cost reduction programs for corporate clients and private equity sponsored portfolio companies. - Perform engagement management responsibilities that could also include performance reviews, task delegation, project financials, deliverable quality review, and client management across industries - Assist with the devel...
