Case Management Supervisor (RN) Baystate Noble Hospital, Westfield, MA: Full-Time | 1st Shift (40 hours) Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, is seeking a Registered Nurse Care Management Supervisor to join the team at Baystate Noble Hospital. Position Highlights: The Care Management Supervisor leads a team of Case Managers and Utilization Review (UR/UM) Nurses, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care coordination. This role oversees daily operations, discharge planning, length of stay (LOS), and resource utilization, driving strong clinical and financial outcomes. This role partners with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and payers to ensure appropriate level of care, medical necessity, and smooth post-acute transitions while maintaining compliance with evidence-based guidelines.
