Utz Quality Foods in Hanover, PA is looking for motivated students who want to gain real hands-on experience working with industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. As a Maintenance Intern, you will work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment. This internship is designed for students currently pursuing a degree or technical certificate in fields such as Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related program. Our goal is to provide meaningful on-the-job experience while helping interns build the skills needed to launch a career in industrial maintenance. Responsibilities: Work alongside maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment. Assist with preventive maintenance on production and facility systems. Support repairs on equipment such as motors, conveyors, drives, packaging machines, robots, and temperature instrumentation. Help perform mechanical adjustments, part replacements, and equipment setup. Learn to read and understand electrical schematics, drawings, and technical manuals. Observe and assist with di...
