Türkiye Medical Operations and Excellence Sr. Manager Türkiye Medical Operations and Excellence Sr. Manager is a key member of the TR Medical LT , and this role leads country and regional medical operations across TR , ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and alignment with global and regional/country Medical Affairs strategies. The role directly reports to Türkiye Country Medical Sr. Director and partners with Türkiye (TR) Medical Affairs Leadership Team (LT) to deliver high-quality operational support and solutions that enhance the strategic impact of Medical Affairs across the country. This position is instrumental in driving Our Collective Advantage by fostering collaboration, efficiency, and innovation in medical operations. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Türkiye Medical Operations and Excellence Sr. Manager will provide operational support to the CMAO and partner with the TR Medical Affairs Leadership Team (LT) to ensure efficient functioning of the TR Medical Affairs organization and drive its strategic direction.
