Citizens is seeking an ambitious Investment Banking Jr. Associate to join the Financial Institutions Group. In this role you will support senior bankers with a focus on originating and executing capital markets and strategic advisory transactions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for you to join a rapidly growing investment banking platform with market leading positions in middle market corporate and sponsor backed transactions complemented by strong public equity research. As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will participate in all steps of the transaction life cycle, from origination through closing. You will thrive in this role through your ability to work on multiple projects and transactions concurrently. You will play a critical role in originating new opportunities and coordinating projects, and will interact directly with Managing Directors, senior management, other product groups within Citizens, as well as with corporate and private equity clients.
