Job description: In this role of Instructor Mentor, you will be responsible for supervising a group of prisoners in either a workshop setting or around the establishment. Duties could include supporting Prisoners to Upcycle furniture and create unique pieces that will be sold to a local charity shop. Maintaining the Prison grounds, be part of the Quick Fix crew or the development of a potential new workshop.
