Work Flexibility: Onsite 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 9:45pm - 6:15am, OT - 2 Saturdays/month What you will do: Responsible for running production on hand welding, robot level 2, set up CNC operator in addition to the responsibilities under Fabricator 3. Conducts inspections in accordance with relevant gage plans with a working knowledge of how to operate calipers and angle gages. Able to troubleshoot problems that arise with work center and parts. Responsible for cleaning and preventative maintenance of machine center and compliance with the 6-S schedule. Perform minor repairs on fabrication cell equipment. Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications. Responsible for leading complex projects that will improve fabrication’s processes, change management, and floor placement of equipment. Must be a self-starter with exceptional independent judgement and decision making skills, particularly around problem solving.
