The Wonderful Career Center Senior Manager is responsible for the operational leadership of the Wonderful Career Center (WCC), a vocational and skill-based training center serving employees across The Wonderful Company and tenants within the Wonderful Logistics Center. This role oversees facility operations, staff leadership, program development, instructional quality, scheduling, and performance metrics to ensure the delivery of high-impact, industry-relevant training programs.
