The Opportunity Ulteig is seeking qualified candidates for an Engineering Supervisor (ES) role focused on Grid Modernization for utility and renewable developer clients. This position leads a subset of team members by supporting leadership development, driving efficient team growth, and serving as a technical lead or reviewer. The Engineering Supervisor reports to the Technical Manager and works closely with sales, marketing, account management, and project management. This self-starting technical leader brings strong leadership, communication, and resource management skills and champions a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented team culture.
