Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Lead and manage transportation, fleet, ramp safety, and dispatch operations - Supervise a large frontline workforce including drivers, helpers, dispatchers, equipment packers, food assembly helpers, and flight coordinators. - Ensure compliance with all airlines, airport, and regulatory requirements (TSA, DOT, OSHA) - Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence - Plan, forecast, and schedule transportation activities aligned with flight demand - Ensure zero missing items and minimize delays impacting flight departure...
