General Purpose: The Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting TPx Agents to drive new business revenue. This role includes managing the agent channel, providing sales enablement, launching new products, and ensuring a productive partnership through ongoing communication and support. Direct Reports: No Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Agent Enablement & Sales Support - Train TPx Agents on products, pricing, order process, support procedures, portals, and commission structure. - Own initial and ongoing sales training and strategic planning for assigned agents. - Assist agents with creating, presenting, and closing opportunities with potential customers. - Provide ongoing communication of product updates, process changes, and policy adjustments. Channel Management: - Recruit new agents or support sub-agent engagement under existing agreements. - Forecast and track agent productivity; implement program modifications as needed. - Manage and maintain accurate sales funnels and provide weekly/monthly forecasting to leadership. - Launch new products and secure participation in monthly sales promotions. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quota.
