ECS is seeking a Project Manager to work in a hybrid schedule in our Arlington, VA office. ECS seeks an experienced management professional to serve as a Project Manager. This is an important project for our company and for the federal government. In this role you will provide day-to-day management of one or more projects within the broader program. Specific responsibilities include: - Leading and facilitating recurring working group sessions, ensuring clear objectives, structured agendas, and productive cross-functional collaboration - Developing and tracking comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to drive on time delivery across all work streams. - Coordinate scheduling for multi-stakeholder meetings, and working groups including calendar management and logistics. - Capture detailed meeting notes, decisions, risk and action items, and distribute summaries to stakeholders for alignment and follow-through - Manage live meeting operations, including screen sharing, document walkthroughs and updates to project trackers or plans. - Managing a matrixed team of technical resources to complete tasks and deliverables in compliance with Government requirements - Engaging wi...
