Become a part of our caring community The Lead Product Manager conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Lead Product Manager works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Lead Product Manager role within our Clinical program is accountable for defining capabilities within our Epic platform to meet the needs of our Clinical end users. This role will focus on defining capabilities that are necessary for the launch of new Medicaid state contracts as well as ongoing, compliance-centric enhancements for our existing Medicaid markets. Once products are launched, the Lead Product Manager will monitor the efficacy of products and incorporate end user feedback to ensure products are meeting our user needs and will adjust products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. They will advise Operational leaders in developing functional strategies (often market specific) on matters of significance.
