Research Assistant Bioanalytical Pharmacokinetic (PK) research Greenfield Indiana: Position is in a fast-paced laboratory specializing in small‑molecule analysis using High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-MS) and advanced automation, including robotic systems for sample handling. Job Responsibilities: Analyze biological or chemical samples for various compounds in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Compile and report results to management. Organize, conduct, and evaluate analytical testing and results. Maintain study documentation and laboratory records. Set up, operate, and maintain general laboratory equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Perform quality control reviews of data. Communicate deviations or issues that may affect data integrity to the Study Director, Principal Investigator, or management, and participate in corrective actions. Assist with method development and validation for various analytes across multiple matrices. Perform complex analyses using new or unfamiliar methods, seeking scientific guidance when needed.
